By using Hustle, you agree to the following terms.
1. Service Description
Hustle is a third-party software platform that enables users to manage advertising campaigns and view analytics using supported advertising APIs, including Google Ads.
Hustle is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or Google Ads.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the platform only for lawful advertising purposes
- Provide accurate account information
- Comply with Google Ads policies and applicable laws
- Maintain ownership or authorization for connected ad accounts
3. OAuth & Account Access
When you connect your Google Ads account:
- Access is granted via Google OAuth
- Hustle acts only on actions initiated by you
- You may revoke access at any time via Google Account settings
Hustle does not access billing, payment methods, or personal Google services.
4. Data Usage
Hustle uses accessed data only to provide platform functionality, including:
- Campaign creation and management
- Performance reporting
- Optimization insights
We do not claim ownership over your advertising data.
5. Availability & Limitation
We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee continuous availability.
Hustle is not responsible for:
- Changes or outages in Google Ads APIs
- Advertising performance outcomes
- Account suspensions or policy violations imposed by Google
6. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for:
- Policy violations
- Abuse of the platform
- Legal or compliance requirements
7. Limitation of Liability
Hustle is provided "as is."
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Hustle is a third-party advertising management platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or Google Ads.
